Graphic Design
If your business needs a logo, letterhead, brochure, newsletter, print ad, website, or business card, you’ve come to the right place. With fifteen years of experience in media and marketing, I can help you achieve your goals without the expense of an ad agency.
My mother would most often find me when I was little in the shade of a maple tree instead of playing in the sun with the other kids. I’d busy myself with a project, a book, or a journal. She’d always chuckle and call me her “Shadeflower.”
I have since come to enjoy the sun, but find myself in the shade when I need creativity to blossom.
I am Minnesota-born, though spent seven years in Charlotte, NC, only to find myself back in the chilly winters of Saint Paul.
I love to travel and have been to a variety of places. In 2008, my husband and I embarked on a seven-month backpacking journey around the world. We visited 17 countries throughout Central and South America, Austral-Asia, Africa, Europe, and Scandinavia.
My journeys allowed me to see the world in a different light. I fell in love with the textures, ideas, and colors of different nations and have since incorporated those into my designs.
In my spare time I can most often be found experimenting gourmet dishes in the kitchen, where my husband thrives on being my guinea pig.
In April 2009, my husband and I welcomed our first child, Siena Lillian.
Shadeflower Designs was created so that I could be a stay-at-home mom, but still contribute to the household by staying creative. I have a strong work ethic, great determination and a creative mind. I will not rest until you are satisfied with your product. I have worked with big business, non-profits, mom and pops, and individuals. I thrive
on creativity and wish to share that outlet with you.
